A sports complex that has held national league games for handball and other sports

    ●This facility was set up as the sports grounds for national handball competitions, and since then it has held many contests, such as the Japan Handball Top League and the National Games. It has become the centre for handball within our prefecture.
    ●This facility has also previously held matches such as the Japan Women's basketball league games.

    ●Along with the main arena, this facility also has a sub-arena, which can be used for warming up, and a conference room, which is equipped with multimedia equipment.

    ●The pool in this facility is heated and indoors, making it the best for cooldowns and swim training. It also has a gym which provides the necessary equipment for weightlifting.
    ●Furthermore, by using the grounds and the running course, it is possible to have a fully integrated workout.
